In the contemporary business environment, organizations are continuously seeking innovative approaches to enhance competitiveness, adaptability, and long-term sustainability. Employee innovative behaviour has emerged as a significant factor that enables organizations to generate new ideas, improve processes, and develop creative solutions to complex challenges. Transformational leadership plays an important role in stimulating employees’ innovative behaviour by encouraging intellectual exploration, providing inspiration, and creating psychological empowerment among employees. However, the influence of transformational leadership on innovation does not occur independently; organizational culture provides the foundation that shapes employees’ willingness to experiment, share knowledge, and implement creative ideas. This study examines the relationship between transformational leadership and employee innovative behaviour with a specific focus on the mediating role of organizational culture. The article highlights how transformational leaders create supportive cultural environments that promote creativity, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation-oriented practices. The discussion provides theoretical insights for researchers and practical implications for organizations aiming to develop innovation-driven workplaces. Previous research has demonstrated positive relationships among transformational leadership, organizational culture, and innovative behaviour, particularly within Pakistani organizational contexts.
